Refund and Returns Policy
Because our products are made to order (custom-printed just for you), we do not offer returns or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong size/model.
Damaged or Defective Items: Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, or if there is a clear printing error, we will gladly send a free replacement.
How to request a replacement:
- Contact us at support@veroniquestudio.art within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item.
Address Issues: Please double-check your shipping address. We cannot offer refunds if the package is lost or returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
